Each photograph is accompanied by the location where the sign can be found, revealing a side of New York that hides in plain sight. Emma Verhagen is an architect with a passion for cities, photography, and long urban strolls. She currently lives in New York, where she spends her free time exploring the streets in search of the overlooked details that give the city its unique character.
